Meet the Developers

Louisiana natives, Ronnie and Sharon Kyle discovered Whitefish at the recommendation of a friend in 2017. After several return visits, they fell in love with not only the beautiful landscape, but the sense of community offered by Whitefish’s residents. It soon became clear Whitefish would become a second home for them.

Ronnie & Sharon first met in English class at Louisiana State University. Ronnie studied Architecture and Business Administration, while Sharon studied Political Science before earning her Juris Doctorate. They married in 1991 and have two beautiful daughters, Cameron and Avery. Outside of work, they enjoy all outdoor activities Whitefish has to offer, travel, LSU sports, and dining out with friends.

This year marks the 30th year Ronnie and Sharon have been construction professionals specializing in residential, commercial and development. In addition to their real estate endeavors, Sharon is also in private practice via The Kyle Law Firm, LLP specializing in construction defect litigation and real estate development matters. Given their vast expertise in real estate, it was not long after their initial visit to Whitefish before they realized the need for a true “lock and leave” upscale residential condominium concept. In 2019, they put 7 acres under contract, and The Standard at Whitefish was born.
